Montalto Doubles Through Vakili

Vito Montalto opened with a raise to 20,000 from early position and the action folded around to Reza Vakili in the big blind who moved all in. Montalto snap-called.

Eoghan Lyons opened with a raise to 16,000 from the cutoff with Kenneth Damm the lone caller in the big blind.

The flop was {8-Diamonds}

and Damm check-called the 18,000 chip continuation bet from Lyons.

The turn landed the {6-Diamonds}

and both players checked. They went to the river where the {K-Spades}

fell. This time Damm led at the pot with a bet of 30,000. Lyons deliberated before making the call but he couldn't better the {K-Diamonds}

of Damm for a full boat as he jumps up to 200,000 chips.

The play checked through and the free turn card was the {2-Clubs}

. Again the action checked to Eoghan Lyons on the button who took a 21,000 chip stab at the pot. It was enough to take it down as he adds to his blossoming stack.

Kenneth Damm opened with a raise to 20,000 from late position before Reza Vakili put his big stack to work and reraised to 50,000 from the small blind. The big blind folded as did Damm as Vakili jumps up to 310,000 chips with Damm slipping to 130,000.

Tony Bromham Eliminated in 7th Place ($4,340)

Eoghan Lyons opened with a raise to 16,000 from under the gun before Tony Bromham moved all in for 35,000 from the button. Sam Khouiss made the call in the big blind, as Lyons also called.

With Bromham all in, the two live players checked down a board of {5-Hearts}

and the cards were revealed.

Lyons showed {6-Clubs}

, Khouiss had {K-Hearts}

and his pair of kings were good as Bromham revealed {10-Spades}

. Bromham exits in 7th place for $4,340 in prize money as Khouiss reclaims the tournament chip lead.

that's when things heated up. Montalto led out with a bet of 20,000 before Damm bumped it up to 50,000 to go. Khouiss folded and Montalto deliberated before also releasing his hand.

Sam Khouiss raised to 10,000 from the cutoff but Eoghan Lyons wasn't going to let Khouiss steal that easily as he put in a 3-bet from the button to 31,000. The blinds folded as did Khouiss as Lyons collects another pot.
