Mark Vos raised to 4,000 preflop and Sebastien Guerlinze made the call in the big blind. Both players checked a {K-Diamonds}

flop and

turn, only for Guerlinze to take it down with a bet of 6,500 on the {4-Clubs}

river.

Vos now on 47,000, so still in great shape.

Micro-Double up for Pesek

Michael Pesek remains in, albeit by the skin of his teeth.

He went all in for just 3,300 with {J-Diamonds}

and came back out again when big blind Peter Griesmann couldn't help but call from the big blind with {K-Hearts}

.

Board: {6-Diamonds}

Pesek doubled up to a still desperate 7,000. Griesmann is short too, with just 6,500 behind after that call.

Some fine luck for Luke O'Kelly, as he shoved under the gun and was called by the unstoppable Rasmus Gandrup; big blind Christian Fischbacher reshoved and Gandrup called that too.

Dirk Digs His Heels In

Dirk Hetzer, who had seen his stack dwindle to just a few thousand, eventually made his move with {K-Clubs}

, only to see his patience rewarded as big blind Arvydas Kondratas looked him up with {A-Hearts}

Drama as the {9-Spades}

flop was pursued by a {J-Spades}

turn, but Hetzer's bacon was saved by the {10-Diamonds}

river. He didn't notice initially, a dejected nod of disapproval soon followed by a whistle of relief as the realization set in.

An intriguing hand from our roving reporter Gloria.

All in, three-way.

Michael Kainz: {A-?}

Mr Opponent (name sadly unknown): {J-?}

Viliyan Petleshkov: {Q-?}

An ace on the flop, and the pot belonged to Kainz; the unknown opponent was eliminated, and Petleshkov doesn't have much left.

Most intriguingly, though, the entire hand was nearly declared a misdeal. It turns out that the big blind, at that point on seat two, had been eliminated in the previous hand, and rather than have a dead small blind, the TD had moved the big blind back to seat one for the hand in question. Mark Vos apparently has bet the TD €100 that that was the wrong decision...
