Perouse Runs Out of Chips

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Jan Cvach was all in and at risk for 149,000 with the {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Julien Perouse looked him up from the small blind with {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. The board came {9-Spades}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{6-Spades} and Cvach doubled with the better flush.

Down to 68,000, Perouse shoved soon after and was called by Igor Dubinskyy in the big blind.

Julien Perouse: {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Igor Dubinskyy: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}

The {K-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop kept Perouse in the lead, but he was drawing dead as soon as the {J-Hearts} turn fell. This made the {Q-Hearts} river a formality and Perouse headed to the rail.

Tuna Doubles Wellenbach in Huge Hand

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Akin Tuna
Akin Tuna

Akin Tuna limped under the gun and Scott Wellenbach over limped from middle position. Cathal Shine called from the small blind before Govert Metaal raised the big blind to 37,000. Everyone called so the pot was already 156,000 before a community card was dealt.

The flop came {2-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts} and the blinds checked. Tuna bet 97,000 and Wellenbach moved all in for 308,000. Shine and Metaal folded, Tuna thought about it for a bit before he called.

Akin Tuna: {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Scott Wellenbach: {J-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}

The {K-Hearts} on the turn hit Wellenbach and left Tuna drawing dead. The {4-Spades} on the river was there just to make it official.
