Hands #73-75: Timofeev's Big Bluff Fails

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #73: Denis Timofeev picked up {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} in the small blind and raised to 150,000. Harpreet Gill called with the dominated {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}.

Both checked on {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{J-Spades} and the {K-Hearts} hit the turn. Timofeev bet 125,000 and Gill called. The {7-Diamonds} on the river had both players check and Timofeev took it down with the ace-high.

Hand #74: Denis Timofeev raised to 110,000 with {6-Spades}{5-Clubs} from the button. Kenneth Smaron called from the big blind with {J-Spades}{10-Spades} and checked on {10-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}. Timofeev bet 125,000 and Smaron called, growing the pot to 510,000.

The {8-Clubs} on the turn gave Smaron a lock on the hand and both players checked. The {A-Spades} that completed the board had Smaron check. Timofeev bet a hefty 400,000 and Smaron called the bluff rather quickly.

Hand #75: Kenneth Smaron in the small blind raised to 175,000 holding {K-Spades}{8-Clubs}. Big blind Denis Timofeev tanked long and hard with {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and folded eventually, most likely just so the level was done and he didn't have to play another hand with the deck he wanted replaced some time ago already.
