Kempe vs Zinno

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Anthony Zinno raised from the button to 4,000 and Rainer Kempe defended the big blind. On the {Q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} flop, action checked to Zinno and he continued for 4,200. Kempe check-raised to 14,800 and that won the pot.

Soon after, Salman Behbehani arrived with a fresh stack and entered the field for the first time.

Holz Folds

Level 3 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Aidyn Auyezkanov opened under the gun for 3,200 and his neighbor Fedor Holz three-bet to 8,500. Action folded around to Auyezkanov and he called.

Auyezkanov lead out for 3,500 on {10-Clubs}{J-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Holz called. Both checked the {7-Diamonds} on the turn and the {3-Spades} completed the board. Auyezkanov bet out 9,000 and Holz folded.

Auyezkanov, the number one on the Kazakhstan all time money list, mucked silently with a smile.

Greenwood Bets Top Pair

Level 3 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Nicola Grieco opened the cutoff for 5,100 and Sam Greenwood three-bet to 15,000 from the button. Both blinds folded and Grieco called.

Both players checked the {Q-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{A-Spades} flop and the {4-Hearts} hit the turn. Grieco checked, and called as his neighbor bet 10,000. Grieco check-called another 25,000 on the {7-Spades} river and Greenwood showed {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. Grieco mucked {K-Spades}{J-Spades} with a look of disdain on his face, mumbling some Italian that didn't sound too positive.

Andreev Eliminated

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Andrey Andreev was down to his last 24,100 and got it in from the big blind against Justin Bonomo who was seated in early position. Andreev had {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and was up against the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} of Bonomo.

The board ran out {5-Clubs}{J-Spades}{4-Hearts} {2-Spades} {3-Spades} and Andreev sat back down, missing the wheel that Bonomo had just made. When he realized, he got up, said bye to the dealer and table and made his exit.

Buying Back In

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Three players have been eliminated so far, and all three of them bought back in. Besides [Removed:17], David Dayan and Steve O'Dwyer who are on bullet number 2, Alexander Uskov bought in for the first time.

Steve O'Dwyer Eliminated

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We missed it and only saw him get up, but Ryan Riess filled us in on the details of Steve O'Dwyer's bust out. O'Dwyer shoved his last 13 big blinds or so in with {K-}{Q-}, but was unfortunate enough to have Jean-Noel Thorel wake up with {A-}{A-}.
