Ramos the Aces Magnet

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Felipe Ramos raised to 1,200 and Igor Arekin in the cutoff as well as Vyacheslav Bondartsev in the big blind called. On the {10-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop, the action checked to Ramos and he continued for 1,600. Arekin folded and Bondartsev called before checking the {K-Spades} turn. Ramos now made it 5,000 to go and picked up a call.

The {J-Spades} river slowed down both players and they checked. Bondartsev showed {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and that ended up second-best to the {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} of Ramos. Fellow PokerStars Team Pro Chris Moneymaker asked from one seat over "how do you get aces so much?" and Ramos grinned back with an "I am a magnet" on his lips.
