One player who recently took a seat in the event is Bryan Huang. Huang is one of the more accomplished players to establish himself in Asia in recent years, running up a ledger that includes nearly $1.2 million in live cashes.
He's also had considerable success here in Korea. In an APPT Main Event here in 2015, Huang made it to heads-up play, where he lost to Jason Mo for the title. Huang got nearly $90,000 for second place. He also recently made the final table of the Asia Championship of Poker Main Event, finishing sixth for a career-best $162,000.
