In Level 10 with blinds of 500/1,000 and an ante of 125, "CabanaDan" opened the action with a raise to 2,300 in early position. Six folds ensued and then "SayWhen13" three-bet jammed for 11,705 from the big blind. "CabanaDan1" called.

Five blanks came on the runout and "CabanaDan" won the pot with their king kicker, eliminating "SayWhen13" from the tournament for the time being.

In Level 9 with blinds of 400/800 and an ante of 100, "vsufaj" opened to 2,400 on the button and "CashoutCurt87" defended their big blind. The flop came and "CashoutCurt87" checked. "vsufaj" made a continuation-bet of 3,000 and "CashoutCurt87" check-jammed for 11,647. "vsufaj" called.

"CashoutCurt87" found themselves with 10 outs in the deck to double, a number that became 14 on the turn . Everything bricked on the river and "CashoutCurt87" was eliminated from the tournament, opting not to immediately rebuy. That could change, however, with a little over an hour left still to register.

Play has moved into Level 8 with blinds of 350/700 and an ante of 90, and the tournament has reached the midway point of the late registration period, set to close at 10:40 p.m. ET.

Players are returning from their first five-minute break with play in Level 6 (250/500/60) and the number of recorded entries has risen to 178, meaning the $30,000 guaranteed prize pool has already been surpassed by 10% with over an hour-and-a-half still remaining in the late registration period.

Of those 178 entries, 140 players currently have chips with which to play.

In Level 6 with blinds of 250/500 and an ante of 60, "BeefySupreme" was down to their last 10,124 and open-jammed from middle position. "smileybpoker" called in the cutoff and all remaining players folded.

"BeefySupreme" was ahead but not for long as the flop gave "smileybpoker" a pair of nines. The turn changed nothing and the river further improved "smileybpoker" to a king-high straight, eliminating "BeefySupreme" from the tournament, though only for a moment as they immediately re-entered and received a fresh stack of 25,000 on a new table.

In Level 5 with blinds of 200/400 and an ante of 50, "ToIkien_Fan" limped in from early position and called a raise to 1,200 from "Outofyourrange", who was on the button.

Action went heads up to the flop and "ToIkien_Fan" check-called 1,600, bringing the turn . "ToIkien_Fan" check-called another 3,325, leaving themselves with 6,740 behind, and check-called 6,650 of it on the river .

After firing on all three streets, "Outofyourrange" showed for top two pair, but it wound up second best to the of "ToIkien_Fan", who turned Broadway and effectively doubled to get above starting stack after losing half of their chips before the hand had begun.

In Level 4 with blinds of 150/300 and an ante of 40, action folded aorund to "eyewantoowin" in the cutoff and they opened to 600. "CovidKiller1024" called on the button and "keepgoing2121" defended their big blind.

The three players saw a flop of and "keepgoing2121" checked to "eyewantoowin", who continuation-bet 1,513. "CovidKiller1024" called and "keepgoing2121" folded.

Action was then heads up to the turn , where "eyewantoowin" fired a second barrel of 3,531. "CovidKiller1024" called again and the river came . "eyewantoowin" emptied the clip, firing a third shell for 6,179 and receiving a final call to take the hand to showdown.

"eyewantoowin" showed for jacks up with a king kicker, and it proved to be best as "CovidKiller1024" mucked to result in the pot of nearly 25,000 being shipped to "eyewantoowin", who has chipped up to over 90,000 in the first 40 minutes of the night.
