Final Table Action

"Pillzebub" started the final table as the chip leader, and was the last one standing at the end. “Wolfhoundvet” was the first to fall at the final table as his ace-jack was dominated against the jacks of the eventual second-place finisher. ”smrcfly25” was the next to go as the short stack, and then it was “1WINATATIME” falling in seventh as the next short stack. It was then that “Declan Scott” couldn’t avoid a cooler as he got his queens in against ace-king and wasn’t able to hold. “NineFiftySix” was next to be eliminated in fifth as the short stack at the time, and was soon followed by “luckyduckylucky” out in fourth when they got beat by a devastating two-outer on the river.

Three-handed Play

The remaining three players “hebba2020”, "BaoBaofor3", and "Pillzebub" were the final three and they battled back and forth for a bit. At one point, “Pillzebub” hit a fortunate ace on the turn to stay alive with ace-seven against the queens of “hebba2020”. Soon after, it was “hebba2020” as the fortunate one, spiking a three-outer on the turn to stay alive against “Pillzebub”. Play continued after that for a while without many showdowns until “BaoBaofor3” won a flip against “hebba2020” to take most of their chips, and took the rest of their chips by making quads in the next hand.

Heads-up

“BaoBaofor3” started heads-up play with the lead but it was soon evened up without a showdown and “Pillzebub” became an overwhelming chip leader when they got ace-queen in preflop against the suited ten-five of “BaoBaofor3” and “BaoBaofor3” failed to improve. “BaoBaofor3” attempted to mount a comeback but the lead was too much to overcome, as they then fell in second-place when getting ace-queen all-in versus the king-seven of “Pillzebub” and “Pillzebub” flopped a king and held, winning the title, trophy, and $9,345.
