"seinfeld123" Wins Big Flip

Blinds: 800/1,600

"seinfeld123" kicked off the action with a raise to 4,800. That bet was called once, then from the big blind, "IGOTCRABZ_33" moved all in for just under 73,000. "seinfeld123" called to put him at risk, and the cards were flipped.

"IGOTCRABZ_33": {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
"seinfeld123"{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran down {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts}, and the jacks held up to get him up to nearly 370,000.

Over 300 Players in the Field

We wanted to pass along a quick field update for you guys. The tournament lobby says 304 players in the field, meaning the prizepool is currently at $85,120. That means that there is currently an overlay of nearly $40,000, and there is still plenty of time to get in on the action, as registration is still open for two more hours.

Don't miss out on this potential overlay in the NJCOOP Main Event!

KIngs for Buzgon

Blinds: 1,250/2,500

"thewholefunk" raised the action to 5,000, and "Exit_3986" reraised to 18,500. Next to act, Daniel "loxonbagel" Buzgon put in a four bet to 47,000. "thewholefunk" folded, but "Exit_3986" called to see the flop come down {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. "Exit_3986" check called a bet of 30,000 from Buzgon, and the {j-Hearts} hit the turn.

Both players checked that card, and the {7-Clubs} completed the board. A third check from "Exit_3986" saw Buzgon bet out 75,000, and that bet was called. Buzgon tabled {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} for an overpair, and that pair was good enough to take down a big pot.

Lupo Cracks a Half a Million

Blinds: 1,750/3,500

"NinjaDJbuobuo" opened the action by moving all in for 56,288, and Dan "AvaGray" Lupo made the call from the button. Lupo's {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} was flipping against the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} of his opponent, and the flop of {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} brought plenty of fireworks. Any diamond would work now for "NinjaDJbuobuo", but instead the board finished out {9-Clubs} and {7-Spades}, giving Lupo an unnecessary full house on the river.

With that pot, Lupo has taken over the chip lead to nearly 550,000.

"SlaynEryDay" Gets Luck to Double

Blinds: 1,750/3,500

Following a raise to 7,000 from "coles93", "SlaynEryDay" moved all in for his final 65,000. It folded back to "coles93" who quickly called with pocket kings. He was well out in front of the {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} of "SlaynEryDay."

However, the lead would flip after the flop of {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts}. The {2-Hearts} on the turn meant that only one king would work now, but the river was the {7-Diamonds} instead.

Double Up for "Batzz88"

Blinds: 2,000/4,000

"Batzz88" raised to 8,000, and both of the blinds called. The flop of {q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs} was checked to "Batzz88", who bet 7,000. Again both players called, and the {8-Clubs} came on the turn. This time, the bet was 16,000 from "Batzz88", and only "stuftcrust" called to see the {2-Diamonds} river.

"Batzz88" fired one more time, all in for just under 50,000, and "stuftcrust" called with {q-Spades}{10-Spades} for top pair. It was no good though, as "Batzz88" showed pocket kings to secure the double up.
