Jaroslaw Sikora in the small blind and Taerim Ku in early position had created a pot of 23,000 when they went to a flop of 9♥A♦6♣. Sikora slid in a bet of 10,000, which Ku raised to 23,000.
After some thought, Sikora put in a tiny three-bet to 39,000. Ku eventually let go of his cards, surrendering the large pot to his opponent.
The pot had already grown to 20,000 preflop when Laszlo Papai made a bet of 10,000 on the K♥A♦2♥ flop from the big blind. His opponent was Umberto Ruggeri, who made a small raise to 23,000.
Papai responded with an all-in three-bet to 48,300. Ruggeri asked for a count and made the call soon after he heard the correct number.

Ruggeri was in bad shape against the set of Papai. The 9♠ turn provided no help, locking up the pot for Papai and rendering the 6♥ river meaningless.
Riccardo Bonelli raised to 1,700 in the cutoff and was three-bet to 5,000 by Andrea Dominici on the button. Bonelli responded with another raise to 11,500, which was called by Dominici after some thinking time.
Both players checked through the 10♦9♣7♠ flop before Bonelli also checked the 4♣ turn.
Domonici made a bet of 7,500, receiving a quick fold from his opponent and taking down the pot.
Mikael Niemela moved in for 10,000 from early position and was looked up by Giacomo Beneforti in the small blind.

Beneforti's queens faced no issues on the 9♦9♣5♦8♠6♦ runout. He eliminated Niemela and was rewarded with a stack of more than 100,000.
Mattia Primavera raised to 1,700 in the hijack and was called by Fabrizio Billi on the button. Big blind Davide Castellani then jammed in his stack of 21,500.
Primavera mulled it over for a bit before folding, while Billi put in a snap-call once it was his turn.

Billi's superior pair comfortably held on the 5♥A♥4♣4♦3♣ board, seeing Castellani to the exit.

Barone's two pair remained best throughout the 5♣2♣ runout. Florido could not hit his straight draw and was sent to the rail.
Alex Sampirisi raised to 1,500 under the gun and was called by Tomas Jauring in the neighboring seat. Vincenzo Suriano then tossed in his final 3,000 from the small blind, seeing Samprisi four-bet to 14,500.
That was not enough for Jauring, who five-bet jammed his stack of 47,500 and was snapped off by Sampirisi.

Sampirisi had both opponents dominated. The 7♦10♣5♠7♥ turn brought some chop outs, but the Q♣ river propelled Jauring to the win.
He made top pair to scoop the huge pot, eliminating Suriano and leaving Sampirisi with a little over a starting stack.
On a flop of 7♣6♣2♥, Terrance Reid checked from early position to Ettore Cuzzone on the button, who added 3,500 to the pot of 8,000.
Reid called to the 3♠ turn, where he called Cuzzone's sized-up bet of 8,500 as well. The Q♣ then hit the river, seeing Cuzzone pile in 21,000 after a third check from Reid.
Reid peeked at his cards one last time before tossing in calling chips. Cuzzone could only table king-high with K♠9♠. Reid had rivered top pair with his A♠Q♦ and took down the sizable pot.
