Pedemonte continued for 2,000, being raised to 6,000 by Anastasakis. Pedemonte tossed in a call, after which both players checked the 8♠ turn.

The 4♣ river then completed the board. Anastasakis thought for a bit before pushing in enough chips to put Pedemonte all-in. Pedemonte quickly surrendered his cards, being left with a stack of 17,800.

Fumi thought for a while before electing to call, leaving himself just 8,000 behind. Venneri put Fumi all-in on the 10♠ river, receiving an instant check-fold from his opponent.

Fumi showed his 6♠6♥ as he tossed them into the muck, with Venneri returning the favor and tabling K♠Q♠. Michele Fornaro was also on this table, playing a stack of nearly 250 big blinds.
