Action was on the turn on a board of 4♠9♣J♣6♥ and Michel Molenaar checked. Lawrence Penfold made a bet of 125,000 and Molenaar check-raised, placing several white 100,000 chips in the middle. Penfold quickly shoved all in and Molenaar called with equal haste.

Penfold had Q♦Q♠ for an overpair, while Molenaar had 6♣4♥ for a funky two pair that he'd made on the turn. The river came the K♠ and Molenaar held to win the pot.

Penfold was eliminated from the tournament in 15th place for £8,940.

Mohamed Kerkeni open-raised to 60,000 from late position and Jay O'Leary three-bet to 150,000 from the button. Kerkeni then four-bet to 360,000 and O'Leary flat called.

The flop came 3♦9♠5♠ and Kerkeni checked. O'Leary bet 150,000 and Kerkeni instantly check-raised all in for around a million. O'Leary called and was covered as the cards were revealed.

Iwan Jones open-raised to 50,000 from under the gun and Daniyaal Hussain moved all in with a short stack of 120,000 from the next seat. Joan Perez Hereu then moved all in from the small blind for 385,000, putting Jones to the test.

"Jesus Christ!", said Jones as he slammed his chips on the table in mild frustration before making the call with a marginally bigger stack than his opponent.

Hereu asked for the split again, joking that he always wins when he asks for it. The board ran out K♥7♦10♠5♥3♦ and Hereu found his pair of kings on the flop. He held to win the pot, sending Hussain to the rail and leaving Jones very short.

The next hand, Jones was all in for his last few chips and lost the pot to Andrew Walsh, who made trip aces to win the pot and bust his opponent.

Following an open-raise and call, Hallaert pushed all in for around 220,000 and Michel Molenaar made the call. Players flipped their cards, with Hallaert at risk.

Khodiyara Picks Off Hardcastle's Bluff

Hasmukh Khodiyara open-raised to 35,000 and Jack Hardcastle put in a three-bet, which Khodiyara called.

The flop came K♣J♦K♦ and Khodiyara checked. Hardcastle made a continuation bet and Khodiyara called. On the 7♠ turn, Khodiyara checked again and Hardcastle sized up a bet of around 150,000, which Khodiyara called.

The river came the 6♣ and Khodiyara checked a third time. Hardcastle announced that he was "all in" for around 680,000 chips. Khodiyara only took a moment before making the call.

Hardcastle had A♠5♠ for a bluff and Khodiyara showed Q♠Q♦ for pocket queens, two pair with the kings on board. He won a huge pot and Hardcastle was eliminated.

Hallaert Survives After Being Left on Fumes

It's not been a good start for Kenny Hallaert, who started the day with 735,000 and found himself very close to elimination, left with just 25,000 chips.

Hallaert got his chips in the middle with 10♠3♥ and found himself a double up when he hit quad tens to bring his stack back up to 85,000.

The next hand, Hallaert shoved again and this time Borislav Neshkov isolated with a shove of his own from the small blind. The big blind folded and players flipped their cards.
