Quakers1991 gets saved by the river

Level 1 (80/160 ante 20)

Four people limped in to see an {8-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop, and action checked to "Quakers1991" in the big blind. They bet 820, and "CLaP420" called in early position, as did "pa55555" next to act, while "SDotRog" folded in the small blind.

"Quakers1991" bet 3,280 on the {9-Hearts} turn, and "CLaP420" called again. "pa55555" jammed for 23,448, and only "Quakers1991" called.

"pa55555": {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
"Quakers1991": {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

"Quakers1991" hit their four-outer on the {8-Hearts} river to earn the huge pot and eliminate "pa55555".

Level 3 (125/250 ante 30)

"Blu_PA" raised to 575 from under the gun, and "tilthappensinPA" called in the small blind. "thpinal" three-bet to 2,250 in the big blind, and "Blu_PA" four-bet to 7,250. "tilthappensinPA" folded, and "thpinal" five-bet shoved for 22,386. "Blu_PA" called with just 273 chips behind.

"thpinal": {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
"Blu_PA": {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

"thpinal" picked up a gutshot on the {j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop, and although the {5-Clubs} turn was no help, the {q-Hearts} river made "thpinal" Broadway and left "Blu_PA" with crumbs, which were lost in the next hand.

"Blue_PA" rejoined the fray with a re-entry at the same table, sitting with Simon "Sleévy" Levy and "Bonjour Mon Ami".

Level 4 (150/300 ante 40)

"jimmyk0099" raised to 1,000 from under the gun, and was called by PokerStars Ambassador Jennifer "JenShahadePA" Shahade in the hijack.

The {2-Diamonds} turn was checked by "jimmyk0099", and Shahade bet 1,800. "jimmyk0099" called.

Both players checked the {8-Hearts} river, and "jimmyk0099" tabled {j-Clubs}{j-Spades} for a pair of jacks. That was no good, as Shahade held {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} for a pair of aces and the winner.
