The PokerStars Pennsylvania Spring Championship of Online Poker rolls on tonight, and another marquee tournament is on deck, as Event #10-H: $200 NLHE (Super Tuesday SE), $35K GTD kicks off at 8 p.m. EST.
Players will begin with 25,000 in starting chips in this tournament, and blinds kick off at 80/160 with a 20 ante. Levels will be ten-minutes in length throughout the tournament, and a five-minute break will occur at :55 on the hour. Any player that busts can re-enter up to a maximum of three times during the late registration period, which will remain open until 10:40 p.m. EST.
In Sunday's Event #4-H: $100 NLHE (Sunday Special Edition), $75K GTD, it was "Admiral Overbet" overcoming a field of 1,013 entrants to take down the SCOOP title and $13,762.76 after a heads-up deal with "wheels545710". We'll be looking for both of those players on the felt tonight, as well as PokerStars Ambassadors Jennifer "JenShahadePA" Shahade and Mark "NaigoPA" Foresta.
The PASCOOP series, which runs from April 17th through May 3rd, offers over $2 million in guaranteed prize pools across 120 events.
The highlight of the series is the $300 buy-in Main Event on May 3rd, which offers a healthy $200,000 guarantee. For players with smaller bankrolls, a $75 Mid and $30 Mini version of the Main Event kick off on the same day, with $40,000 and $20,000 guarantees, respectively.
In addition to a variety of no-limit hold'em variants, such as Progressive KO's, Escalating Antes, and Win the Button tournaments, there are also PLO, PLO 5 Card, HORSE and 8-Game tournaments on the docket, as well.
