Lichtenberger Raises the River

Vlad Lache led out for 1,400 on the 
flop, with Andrew Lichtenberger calling from the small blind and Aaron Olechnowicz folded in the big blind.
Lichtenberger checked the turn and Lache continued for 3,800. Lichtenberger called and checked again on the 
river.
Lache fired 8,600 and Lichtenberger took some time before raising to 27,000. Lache went into the tank for several minutes before another player at the table called for the clock.
Lache was given 30 seconds to act, eventually making the lay down, awarding the pot to Lichtenberger.
