Misclick from a Platinum Pass Winner

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Jozsef Papp
Jozsef Papp

Jozsef Papp found himself in a tricky spot in a heads-up pot against Michael Addamo on a board of {8-Spades}{a-Spades}{7-Hearts}.

Papp checked on the flop and Addamo bet 900. Papp put out two red 500 chips and a handful of black 100 chips, apparently meaning to call but instead committing himself to a minimum raise to 1,800.

Addamo must've picked up on the situation as he three-bet to 5,400, getting a quick fold from the Platinum Pass winner.

Puustinen Doubles; Saliba Left With Crumbs

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

On a heads-up turn board of {7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, there was around 17,000 in the middle when both Henri Puustinen and Justin Saliba decided to check.

The river came the {10-Spades} and Puustinen checked once more, and this time Saliba jammed all in, covering Puustinen.

Puustinen snap-called, and Saliba sheepishly turned over {6-Spades}{8-Spades} for a missed straight draw and Puustinen tabled {a-Hearts}{a-Spades} for two-pair, aces and sevens.

The Finnish player was pushed the pot for a big double-up while Saliba was left with only 3,500.

Badziakouski Clocks Self

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

Mikita Badziakouski and Platinum Pass winner Angel Garcia Francisco played a heads-up pot that got big quickly on the flop of {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}{3-Hearts}.

Francisco checked on the flop and Badziakouski bet 15,000. Francisco responded with a check-jam for around 43,000 and Badziakouski squirmed in his chair as he went into the tank. Eventually, Badziakouski recruited some assistance to make his decision.

"Time please!" Badziakouski said as he called the clock on himself.

The tournament floor gave Badziakouski a 30-second countdown and he mumbled to himself as he thought through a decision.

"Thirty seconds left in the tournament," Badziakouski said before calling with a slightly smaller stack.

Mikita Badziakouski: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Angel Francisco: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

Badziakouski showed first and was happy to see he'd likely be sticking around in the tournament as a chop was imminent. The {a-Hearts} turn created a sweat is it gave Francisco a flush draw and the Belarusian let out an "oh wow" before the {2-Clubs} rolled off safely on the river.

"I'm really happy to see queens!" Badziakouski said in relief.
