Wang Puts in the Cold Four-Bet

Action was opened in middle position to 900. It then folded to the cutoff who put in a three-bet to 2,700. It folded to Grant Wang in the small blind who took his time and then put in a cold four-bet all in to 20,700.

The original raiser folded quickly. It was on the three-bettor who went into the tank for a moment but eventually found the fold.

Wang took down a healthy pot without even having to see a flop.

The PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT) is returning after a 12-year hiatus, and where better to get the show on the road than fabulous Las Vegas? November 4-12 are the dates to highlight in your diaries because that is when NAPT Las Vegas heads to Resorts World in "Sin City."

The 2023 NAPT Las Vegas takes place just one week before the most anticipated Formula 1 Grand Prix in history, which takes place through the streets of Las Vegas. PokerStars will be there, Oracle Red Bull Racing will be there, will you?

Weng Makes His Presence Known Fast

Action was opened when a player limped in middle position for 300. It then folded to recent crusher, Bin Weng, who raised to 1,000. The small blind called and the limper completed. The players were off to a flop three-ways.

The 9♣9♠2♣ flop landed and action checked to Weng who continued for 1,500. The small blind folded and middle position called.

The turn brought a 5♠ and action slowed down and checked through to a 6♦ river.

The player in middle position put his foot on the gas and led for 3,500. Weng didn't think for more than a few seconds before putting in the chips. Weng's opponent tabled Qx10x for a queen-high bluff and Weng tabled K♠2♠ for the bottom pair hero call to start the day. He gathered the chips and was in the very next hand.

Action was opened in the cutoff to 900. It then folded to Howard Feingold in the small blind who three-bet to 3,300. The cutoff called.

The 6♥9♦5♠ flop landed and Feingold led for 3,500. The cutoff thought for a moment and called.

The 8♦ turn put a four-liner on the board and Feingold slowed down and checked. The cutoff checked behind.

The river Q♠ brought in even more straights but action checked through again. Feingold tabled K♥K♦ and his opponent mucked. Feingold took down the pot despite a sketchy board.

Action was opened in middle position by Sean Lasalle to 600. It folded to a player in the cutoff who three-bet to 1,700. Lasalle thought it over and then called.

The J♥8♦8♣ flop landed and Lasalle checked. The cutoff put out a bet of 1,600. Lasalle stayed stoic and calmly put in the flop check-raise to 6,000.

The cutoff sat in the tank for almost two minutes before finding a fold. Lasalle smiled as he tabled 6♥2♥ for a stone cold bluff. He dragged the pot, perhaps expecting some extra action in the next few orbits from his table image.

Adler Fires River

Action was opened under the gun to 600. It then folded all the way to Roy Adler in the big blind who called and they were off to a flop heads up.

The 5♥2♥10♣ flop landed and action checked to the original raiser who continued for 800. Adler called again.

The 6♦ hit the turn and action checked through to a 9♣ river. Adler then took the opportunity to lead for 1,200. Unfortunately, he couldn't get any more action and the original raiser folded. Adler snagged a small pot for a chip boost early in Level 2.
