There was an early position open to 2,000 before Anthony Potis called in middle position and the big blind came along too.
The J♥K♠Q♠ hit the board and action quickly checked through to a 10♦ turn. The original raiser then put his foot back on the gas when it checked to him and bet 1,500. Only Potis called.
The J♣ river landed and now the original raiser slowed back down and checked. Potis took a moment and then bet out for 4,500. The original raiser could not hold on any longer and found a fold. Potis dragged the pot and got the momentum going early on.
