Double Delight For FAL1st Whose WCOOP Wins Reach Double Figures

Mixed game specialist "FAL1st" had a night to remember on September 20 after he won not one but two PokerStars WCOOP events, taking his WCOOP titles into double figures. Out of everyone who has ever played a WCOOP event, only Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser (15), Denis "aDrENalin710" Strebkov (14), Tobias "Senkel92" Leknes (13), Joao "Naza114" Vieira (13), Patrick "pads1161" Leonard (12), and Niklas "Lena900" Astedt (11) have triumphed more.

"FAL1st"'s first win of the night came in WCOOP 61-H: $1,050 8-Game 6-Max, which saw a compact yet talented pack of 68 entrants. After the aforementioned Vieira busted in third, "FAL1st" defeated Austria's "8gm bp" heads-up for his ninth WCOOP victory and $18,353 in prize money.

After taking down that event, "FAL1st" set his sights on WCOOP 68-H: $1,050 NL 5-Card Draw 6-Max. The field may have only been 34 entrants deep, but those players read like a who's who of the online poker world.

Only five of the seven finalists saw a return on their investments. Andrey "Premove" Skvortsov and Blaz "Scarmak3r" Zerjav were the pair who returned home empty-handed.

"FAL1st" progressed to the heads-up stage, where he faced Albanian high-volume grinder "king153246." "FAL1st" got the job done, his hands on his second victory of the evening, and his tenth WCOOP title overall.
