Mikolaitis Claims $68K in $2,100 PKO as Neymar Jr. Falls Short
Dominykas “Mikensonas” Mikolaitis showed once again why he’s one of the most respected crushers in the online high-stakes scene, capturing the WCOOP 102-H: $2,100 NLHE Progressive KO for $68,543.
The event drew 134 entries, creating a $275,000 prize pool, and Mikolaitis topped a stacked final table that included Renan “Internett93o” Bruschi, high-stakes regular Sergi “srxakgirona” Reixach, Thomas “sandman201” Taylor, EPT High Roller and WSOP champion Alexandru “steakaddict.” Papazian, and Jakob “Succeeed” Miegel.
Mikolaitis, who won the 2024 $5,200 6-Max Championship for $172,983, secured his second WCOOP crown here. A huge $42,250 in bounties made up the bulk of his payout, nearly matching his prize money.
There was also a notable appearance from football superstar Neymar Jr., who entered the tournament but bowed out in 29th place, short of the money. The PokerStars ambassador did, however, manage to collect $1,000 in bounties before exiting.
