Before blinds went up, Ognyan "cocojamb0" Dimov raised to 12,000 from the lojack and Teun "tinnoemulder" Mulder flat-called from the cutoff, and Andrey "Anjeyyy" Novak defended their big blind. For Smiljkovic, the second bullet ended in a clash with Andras "probirs" Nemeth. The Vienna resident opened to 13,200 from the under-the-gun position and Nemeth three-bet to 39,600 on the button. Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot re-entered right next to fellow PokerStars ambassadors Fintan "easywithaces" Hand and Ben "Spraggy" Spragg. He then hit the ground running by boosting his stack only to score a big double through Jon "apestyles" Van Fleet.

Van Fleet started the hand with a cool million and raised to 13,800 in the hijack, which Talbot called out of the big blind. The flop fell and Talbot check-raised to 57,000. Van Fleet clicked it back to 138,000 to then call a shove by Talbot for 416,596 in total.
