Jampana Wins One For the Old Guys

A player in early position bet 2,800 on a flop of 9♣4♣2♠ and was called by an oppnent in middle position and Raju Jampana in the small blind.

All three players checked the 3♣ turn. The middle-position player then bet 5,700 on the Q♣ river, and only Jampana called.

The middle-position player showed 9♥6♥ for a pair, but Jampana had 8♣7♣ for a flush to win the pot.

"I hate playing with old guys like this. They're so good, and this table is full of them," tablemate Jordan Williamson said.

Michael Bohmerwald and Kash Corpening just joined the field, while Valentin Lita reentered.
