Both players checked the 8♣9♦8♥ flop. Smith then bet 200,000 on the 2♣ turn, and Nguyen called.
Smith bet another 350,000 on the K♣ river, and Nguyen moved all in for 1,300,000. Smith quickly folded.
The next hand, Nguyen bet 200,000 from the button on a flop of 10♦10♣5♦ and Smith raised to 400,000. Nguyen then moved all in yet again.
"I feel like you wanted me to shove preflop," Smith said as he folded.
