The event drew 90 runners for a prize pool of $21,600, more than doubling the $10,000 guarantee.
Earlier in the series, Hoban chopped $400 Mixed PLO with Matt Mullins to win $5,990.
The final table also included Patrick Martorella (3rd - $3,294) and Brandon Frazier (4th - $2,162), while others who cashed include Robert Kalteux and Lorenzo Cuison.
