Massive Double Up Gives Hanley the Lead

Level 19 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
William Recker and Valerie Hanley

The last woman standing is wreaking havoc at the final table, as she just found herself a massive double up through chip leader William Recker.

The action started with a raise from Dan O'Brien to 48,000 and both Hanley and Recker called from the blinds.

"What are we looking for, guys?" O'Brien asked with a smile, but he got no response.

The flop brought out {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} and Recker lead out for 75,000, which was quickly called by Hanley. O'Brien folded and the turn was the {7-Clubs}.

Recker bet 100,000 on the turn and Hanley moved all in right away for a total of 236,000.

Recker went into the tank for quite some time, but eventually he made the call.

Hanley: {A-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Recker: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

The river was the {2-Clubs} and Recker lost a huge portion of his stack, launching Hanley into the chip lead.

The action folded to Skip Ferguson, and the man with the pirate card protector, moved all in for right around 160,000 in the small blind. William Recker, in the big blind, snap called and the showdown went as following.

Ferguson: {Q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Recker: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

The board ran out {2-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Spades}{J-Clubs} and Ferguson hit the rail in seventh place, while Recker took the chip lead.

Level 19 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

The action folded to Jason Unsain in the small blind and he moved all in to put Jesse Capps at risk in the big blind. Capps gave it some thought before ultimately making the call for his stack worth 120,000 chips.

Unsain: {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Capps: {Q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and Capps found a way to keep his queen-high in the lead.

Jesse Fullen Eliminated in 8th Place ($523)

Jesse Fullen - 8th Place
Jesse Fullen - 8th Place

Play folded to Jason Unsain on the button, and he raised all in to put the pressure on his two opponents in the blinds. Jesse Fullen was in the small blind and snap-called. Jesse Capps then quickly folded out of the big blind.

Unsain had the {Q-Hearts}{5-Hearts}, and Fullen had the {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}.

The {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop put Unsain in the lead with a pair of queens, and then the {4-Spades} turn card left Fullen needing a king or a ten on the river to win the pot and double up. The river was the {9-Diamonds}, and that eliminated Fullen in eighth place.

Lance Donnell - 9th Place

From under the gun, Lance Donnell was all in for about 110,000. Play moved over to William Recker in the small blind and he reraised all in over the top. Everyone else had folded, leaving Donnell on the ropes with the {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} against Recker's {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}.

The {Q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} board left Recker with a set of queens and Donnell with a ninth-place finish.
