Askvig Flushes Out Krause

The short-stacked Cody Krause moved all in for just over 50,000 in early position and was called by Chastity Askvig in the hijack and Tyler Kolness in the small blind.

The flop of 6♦2♦Q♣ went check-check, bringing the Q♦ turn. Kolness check-called a bet of 75,000 from Askvig and the river landed the A♠.

Kolness checked again and Askvig elected to check back. Kolness tabled Q♠J♠ for trip queens, but Askvig turned over 10♦7♦ for the flush.

Krause showed K♣10♥ and his impressive tournament run came to an end.

Meidinger bet 50,000 and Littlewolf called, bringing the Q♠ turn. Meidinger bet 80,000 and Littlewolf called again.

On the 3♥ river, Meidinger bet once more, this time for 85,000. Littlewolf made the call and tabled K♣Q♦ for a pair of kings, besting the busted straight draw of Meidinger who had 8♣7♣.

Johnson led out for 40,000, Unruh bumped it up to 130,000, and Faleide called for slightly less to put himself at risk. Johnson thought for a moment before giving up his hand.
