Savage Sends Opponent to the Exit
Level 13
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
The hijack went all-in for 67,000 and was called by Brandy Savage out of the small blind to be at risk.
Opponent: A♣Q♣
Brandy Savage: 8♣8♦
Savage held the slight edge, and the flop was good for her pocket eights when it came 4♠2♥J♠, keeping the hijack drawing to their overcards.
The J♣ turn was of no consequence, and the 7♦ river completed the board as Savage scored the knockout.
