Huynh Delivers Knockout Blow
Level 15
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
A player from early position went all-in for 111,000 before it folded to Ken Huynh in the small blind. Huynh asked for an exact count before he made the call to put his opponent at risk.
Opponent: K♣8♣
Ken Huynh: 10♦10♠
Huynh was well ahead with his pocket tens, as he needed to avoid a king to secure the knockout.
The 5♥J♥7♣ flop was safe for Huynh.
Huynh would have a sweat on the 6♠ turn as his opponent held an open-ended straight draw.
The 8♥ river was not one of those outs as Huynh scored the knockout.
