Ling Shows Paredes the Exit
Level 22
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Andrew Ling opened on the button before Victor Paredes went all-in for his final 210,000 from the big blind. Ling called, putting Paredes at risk.
Victor Paredes: 6♣6♠
Andrew Ling: A♥7♥
The flop pulled Ling ahead when it spread out 8♣A♣3♥, giving Ling a pair of aces.
The 10♦ turn was of no consequence. Paredes was drawing to two outs with one card to go.
The Q♠ river was the final card Paredes would see in the main event, as he was eliminated from contention.
