Day 1b Started
After a Day 1a that saw 18 players advance to Sunday's Day 2, Day 1b is set to kick off shortly here at RunGoodGear.com Hard Rock Tulsa.
This will be the final chance to qualify for Day 2, and we expect to see some familiar faces. Among those failing to advance yesterday were Bryan Campanello, Jordan Morgan, Bernard Lee, Jamie Kerstetter, Jeff Bryan, Rob Salaburu, Justin Gardenhire, and Jonathan Gaviao. It would be a surprise if some or all of them weren't hunched over a pair of cards in half an hour.
They'll be playing a $675 buy in with unlimited reentries until the dinner break, which comes at the end of Level 9. Levels will vary in length, beginning at 30 minutes and progressing to 40 minutes at Level 7 and 50 minutes at Level 13. Everyone will start with a stack of 15,000, and we'll let you know who manages to run it up and who falls by the wayside.
