Day 1a chip leader Ryan Tepen opened with a raise only to have Paul Ewen three-bet all in for 125,000 form the small blind. Tepen made a quick call and Ewen discovered the bad news.

Ewen was behind, but he was drawing to two live cards. Lucky for him, he paired one on the 
flop. The 
turn improved Ewen to two pair, which meant Tepen needed a king on the river to win the pot. It wasn't in the cards though as the 
blanked. Ship the bubble double to Ewen.
