Patti Bott, Erin Nye and Kristin Olson are all seated at the same table with a female dealer. The table talk was about nails, pedicures and gel nails. The men at the table were playing silently when Nye caught our attention and said she's never had that kind conversation in a poker room.

The tournament clock shows 61 entrants on the clock with a line at the cashier's cage.
The "End of Summer" series of RunGood Poker wraps up with the $675 Main Event featuring a $100,000 guarantee and three starting flights. The return trip to Harrah's North Kansas City kicks off Friday night at 7 pm for the first flight in the newly remodeled poker room.
RunGood Pro Ryan Tepen won the first RG trip to the venue for $14,524 which was a smaller $340 buy-in. Justin Gardenhire, Clint Tolbert, Jonathan Gaviano and Julie Anna Cornelius from the RunGood team are already on location and playing for bragging rights.
"This is an exciting time for us with the anticipated completion of our remodeled poker room," said Poker Room Manager Chris Luhning. "The remodel will include a completely enclosed room and new 60-inch TVs. We look forward to showing our local players, regional players and the RunGood poker pros our new amenities."
Similar to recent RunGood stops, there will also be a number of prize drawings with goodies like RunGood apparel, Yeti tumblers and Bose speakers up for grabs. Harrah's North Kansas City also has a number of cash games, including pot-limit Omaha, that will likely run during the stop.
