The second flight of the RunGood Poker Main Event at Harrah's North Kansas City drew 86 entrants. After 12 levels of action the field was trimmed to 20 surviving players moving on to Sunday's Day 2 with Joe Becchina leading the field.

Becchina was around the average stack entering the last orbit of play but went on a run winning the last seven hands in a row. He even woke up with pocket aces on the last hand against Thomas Houston to secure the chip lead.

The surviving stacks are a lot closer to normal after Friday night's monster stacks bagged up. Friday had four players over the 200,000-chip mark but Saturday's early flight saw just three other player players bag up six-figures - Steve Kim, Andy Ziskin and Travis Burch.

It wasn't a good flight for RunGood Pros with Jonathan Gaviao, Ray Henson and Clint Tolbert hitting the rail.

The evening flight just kicked off and they'll play to about 1:30 am.

Mason Hinkle Eliminated

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

From across the room we saw Mason Hinkle stand up to leave but heard the dealer telling him not to leave. He got in a showdown with William Monie and the board was {J-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. Hinkle had pocket fours in front of him and Monie held {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} for Broadway.

Hinkle was left with just 800, he was all in from the small blind on the next hand, found ace king and doubled up. But his comeback was cut short when he was eliminated on the button in the next hand.

The field has already passed the 175 player mark for the total field and there's over $105,000 in the prize pool. Each entry from this point is extra gravy with an entire evening flight to go.
