The opening event of the inaugural RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) at Jamul Casino was the $135 Pro Bounty, a tournament that drew 216 runners and offered up a $22,680 prize pool.
The top 27 players got paid including Connie Sarmiento (5th - $1,090), Joseph Canez (8th - $660), PokerNews Podcast host [Removed:139] (12th - $475), Johnray Binene (14th - $410), Shane Leshko (18th - $340), David McGhee (21st - $270), Rip Fritzer (25th - $170), and Torey Byrne (27th - $170).
In the end, the final four worked a deal and opted to play for the title. Coming out on top was Jounie Angcao, who won the first All-Stars Ring of the series and $3,254 in prize money.
