Anderson Rivers Flush to Knock Out Two

Level 6 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

After some previous preflop action, "Boston Rob" Mariano jammed in his stack in the small blind, Kerry Hildebrand got all of her chips in from the big blind, and Danielle Andersen called in the hijack.

"Boston Rob" Mariano: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Kerry Hildebrand: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Danielle Andersen: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

"Everybody feel the ten," said Mariano.

The {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop changed nothing, but the {7-Spades} turn brought flush outs. The {2-Spades} hit the river to improve Mariano to a flush, but Andersen held the better flush and took the pot while Hildebrand was sent to the rail.

"Make sure to note I got it in with the best hand, they all limped and I was the one who went all-in," Mariano joked before re-entering.

Koray Aldemir opened to 12,000 in middle position and Joe Stapleton jammed in his stack of around 110,000 from the small blind. Aldemir quickly called.

Joe Stapleton: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Koray Aldemir: {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Stapleton was in great shape as the {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} came on the flop. However, the {4-Diamonds} provided more of a sweat, and the {2-Diamonds} spiked the river to send "Stapes" to the rail, while the 2021 Main Event champ couldn't help but grin.

"He was due though," remarked Stapleton as he made his exit.

Johnnie Moreno opened to 12,000 in the cutoff and Frank Kassela jammed in his stack from the small blind. Moreno called and hands were revealed.

Johnnie Moreno: {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Frank Kassela: {q-Spades}{9-Spades}

The board ran out {a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} to leave Kassela without any help and he was sent to the rail, while "Johnnie Vibes" added to his stack.
