Homan Soaring Higher With Quads
Level 11
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Action was picked up on the turn between Mark Homan in first position and the big blind.
On a board reading Q♦Q♥Q♣J♠, Homan bet 5,000 when checked to and the big blind called.
The river of 5♣ and the big blind checked once more to Homan who bet 15,000 which saw the big blind call.
"Quads," declared Homan before turning over K♣Q♠ which was good enough for the pot and last year's RGPS runner up soared even higher as he padded his chip lead.
