Golden and Yuzefovich Exit to Burst Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Level 15: Blinds 5,000/10,000/10,000

Before the flop, John Rami moved all in, followed by Debra Pope for more, and then Cody Golden called for less to put his tournament life at risk.

John Rami: AAAll in
Cody Golden: AKAll in
Debra Pope: QQ

Rami was well in the lead with his aces, and the flop of AQ3 was wild as he and Pope both made a set. The runout of 610 changed nothing and Rami was shipped the main to triple while Pope took down the side pot to eliminate Golden.

On a neighboring table, Yahor Yuzefovich moved all in preflop and was called by Angelo Krastas to put him at risk.

Yahor Yuzefovich: KQAll in
Angelo Krastas: A3

A king appeared right in the window, but unfortunately for Yuzefovich, an ace appeared right behind it on the flop of KA6 to give Krastas a big lead.

The runout of 9J did not save him and Yuzefovich was eliminated.

Since both players were eliminated simultaneously, they split the min-cash for $520 each while the rest of the players are now in the money.

Miracle Turn for Hunter Sends Out Valdez

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Level 14: Blinds 3,000/6,000/6,000

On a heads-up flop of J83, Joshua Valdez checked to Jeffrey Hunter, who moved all in, covering Valdez.

Valdez paused for a few moments but made the call to put his tournament life at risk.

Joshua Valdez: QQAll in
Jeffrey Hunter: 1010

Hunter, along with the rest of the table, was quite surprised by the strength of CValdez's holding, but the deck was on Hunter's side as the turn immediately fell the 10 to give him the lead with a set of tens. The river was the blank 4 and the pot was shipped over to Hunter while Valdez shook his head and silently made his way to the exit.

"Wow, very lucky," Hunter said aloud, seemingly shocked himself at what just transpired.

Hada and Coyle Eliminated to Burst Money Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

On a flop of of A68, Sean Coyle was already all in when Joseph Bergh moved in for 41,000 and Marcus Mims called to put him at risk as well.

Sean Coyle: 9x9x[alin]
Joseph Bergh: 68All in
Marcus Mims: AJ

Bergh was in the lead with his flopped two pair, but Coyle picked up some outs with the turn 7 and Mims still had plenty of outs to hit. Fortunately for Bergh, the river was the brick 3 and he was awarded the pot for nearly a triple while Coyle was eliminated.

At another table, the board read 898K3 when Ratu Caucau moved all in to cover Stanley Hada, who made the call for his tournament life.

Hada tabled K10 for two-pair, but Caucau had him beat with A8 for trip eights and he was also eliminated.

Since both players were eliminated during the same hand, they were able to split the min-cash payout while the remaining players were sent into the money.

Epstein's Tens Send Josset to the Rail

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Jonathan Epstein
Jonathan Epstein

Jonathan Epstein opened to 14,000 preflop and was then three-bet to 36,000 by Gabriel Josset. Epstein just called and the twp went heads-up to a flop of J82.

Epstein checked to Josset, who continued for 25,000, but then Epstein fired back with 100,000, which was enough to cover Josset who then went into the tank.

"Alright, I call," Josset announced after nearly a minute and pushed his stack forward to put his tournament life at risk.

Gabriel Josset: AKAll in
Jonathan Epstein: 1010

Epstein was in the lead with his tens, and the runout of 85 kept it that way to score him the big pot while Josset made his way to the exit.

Tabidze Spikes the River

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

After a preflop betting war, all the chips found their way into the middle between Irakli Tabidze and Andrew Nguyen, with Nguyen having the shorter stack.

Andrew Nguyen: JJAll in
Irakli Tabidze: KK

Tabidze was well in the lead with his pocket kings, but the flop of 7JQ gave Nguyen a big boost as he hit a set of jacks to pull ahead.

However, the battle was quite over as the turn 9 brought in a ton of outs for Tabidze, as any club, ten, or king would give him the victory.

Sure enough, the river fell the brutal K to give him a superior set of kings to take the pot and sent Nguyen to the rail.

Primus Triples with Kings

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

After an open to 1,500, Benjamin Primus three-bet to 4,000 from the button and was called by Asmare Bekalu in the small blind. Then Elias Travis moved all in for around 40,000 and both players called for less to put themselves at risk.

Benjamin Primus: KKAll in
Asmare Bekalu: AQAll in
Elias Travis: AQ

Primus was in great shape with his pocket kings as his opponents held each others' outs, but the flop of 83Q gave him a small sweat as both Travis and Bekalu made top pair, with Bekalu holding flush draw as well.

"Yeah, we would have gotten it in on the flop anyways," Travis admitted as he shook his head.

The turn and river 27 failed to change anything and Primus was awarded the pot for a big triple-up while his opponent's were left short.

Bekalu only had 1,500 chips left and wound up busting the following hand.
