Brewster Applies Pressure to Paris
Level 15
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Bryan Paris opened from under the gun and Damian Brewster called in the hijack.
On the A♥6♣2♠ flop, Paris continued for 17,000 before Brewster raised to 45,000 and Paris called.
Paris check-called another bet for 75,000 on the 9♥ turn.
On the 6♠ river, Brewster unloaded the clip as he jammed for 225,000 effective as the covering stack. Paris would go into a deep tank lasting into the break before he decided to finally let it go.
Brewster was kind enough to show A♦6♦ for a flopped two pair and rivered boat as Paris made a great fold.
