Coleman Turns a Boat to Double Up
Level 4
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
A player in early position limped in, before Jason Coleman raised to 4,000 from middle position. It then folded to Jarryd Hawkins in the small blind who three-bet all in, which got the big blind and early position player to fold. Coleman then quickly made the call for his stack of 23,700, putting himself at risk.
Jason Coleman: J♠J♥
Jarryd Hawkins: A♠J♣
Coleman had Hawkins crushed with his pocket jacks, and when the board ran out 7♥5♥5♠J♦2♦ he improved to a full house, jacks full of fives to secure the double up.
