Smith's Raise on the River Gets Through
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
A player in the cutoff raised to 1,200, and when it folded to the small blind, he three-bet to 5,600. He was called by the big blind Garrett Smith and the original raiser.
All three players checked to the river when the board ran out 6♦J♠9♠A♥5♥. The small blind then bet out 7,000, before Smith raised to 21,000. The cutoff folded, as did the small blind to give the pot to Smith.
