Nate Simmerman raised from under the gun to 1,600, and when it folded to Chad Hurd in the hijack, he three-bet to 5,600. It folded back to Simmerman who made the call.
Both players checked the 6♦7♦9♠ on the flop to see the Q♠ on the turn. Simmerman then bet out 6,200, which Hurd called.
After the 9♣ on the river both players checked to showdown, and Simmerman tabled Q♥J♠ to take the pot with his queens and nines, as Hurd mucked his hand.
