Dean Takes from McIntosh
Level 12
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Aaron McIntosh opened the action with a raise to 9,000 from early position, and was called by Donovan Dean in the hijack, and the big blind Patrick Sellers.
After the 8♦J♠7♣ flopped, both Sellers and McIntosh checked to Dean, who bet out 10,000. Sellers folded and McIntosh made the call.
The turn brought the 7♥ and McIntosh retook the betting lead, and fired out 16,000, which Dean called.
After the 10♥ on the river, both players checked to showdown. McIntosh turned over A♠10♦ for two pair tens and sevens, but Dean had the winner when he tabled Q♥J♥ for a better two pair, jacks and sevens.
