Penna Leads the River
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
David Penna opened from the hijack and was called by Jhonathan Taborda on the button and Shane Beckingsdale in the big blind.
On the 4♥3♠2♥ flop, Penna continued for 2,000 and only Taborda called.
Penna then check-called a bet of 5,000 on the 3♥ turn.
On the 5♠ river, Penna retook the betting lead, firing out 10,500. Taborda only had around 15,000 behind, and he quickly let his hand go, conceding the pot to Penna without showdown.
