Mockmore Makes a Move
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
John Gallaher raised to 500 in middle position, and Raymond Mockmore made the call in the small blind. Eddie Keown came along in the big blind, and the dealer delivered the 3♠J♣2♦ flop.
Mockmore and Keown checked to Gallaher, who continued for 600. Only Mockmore called to the A♣ turn, checking once more.
Gallaher fired another 1,600 into the middle, only to see Mockmore check-raise to 5,000. Gallaher sent his cards into the muck, and Mockmore collected the chips.
