Jeffrey Hill opened to 13,000 from under the gun, and Steven Ott made the call in middle position. After doubling up a few hands earlier, Sean Whelan moved all in for 185,000 on the button.
Hill moved all in for slightly more, and Ott got out of the way.

Whelan was unable to improve on the J♥3♣7♣5♣Q♠ runout, as Hill's queens held up to secure the knockout.
John Fagg checked the 4♦K♦4♥ flop from the big blind, and James Palsgrove bet 8,000 in middle position. Maxx Dansky called in the cutoff, and Fagg got out of the way.
Palsgrove checked after seeing the K♠ turn, and Dansky fired 14,000 into the middle. Palsgrove sent his cards into the muck, and Dansky picked up the pot.
John Fagg raised to 10,000 on the button, and Steven Ott came along in the small blind. James Palsgrove defended his big blind, and the 9♥9♦A♣ flop was fanned out.
Ott and Palsgrove checked to Fagg, who continued for 10,000. Only Palsgrove called to the 10♦ turn, checking once more. Fagg slid out a bet of 30,000, and Palsgrove did not take long to make the call.
One last check from Palsgrove followed the 7♥ river, and Fagg took a moment before opting to check it back. Palsgrove tabled Q♣10♣ for two pair, taking down the pot as Fagg mucked.
At the same time, Peggy Lester earned a double-up at the other table.

Cook continued for 21,000, and Cunningham slid out a raise to 50,000. Fell got out of the way, while Cook took some time before letting his hand go as Cunningham raked in the pot.
James Palsgrove raised in the hijack to 9,000, and made the quick call when Christopher Hoffman moved all in on the button.

Jeffrey Hill opened to 9,000 in middle position, finding a call from John Feitz in the hijack. Hill led out for 11,000 on the 4♠10♣3♠ flop, and Feitz made another call.
The 3♣ turn saw Hill continue with a bet of 25,000, and Feitz moved all in for 91,000. Hill went into the tank, opting to toss in a single calling chip.
