The hand opened with a raise from the hijack to 600. The button called. James Black made the call out of the small blind, and the big blind also called.
It was checked to the hijack on the 6♦3♥J♠ flop. The hijack put out a bet of 1,100 and was called on the button before Black chose to check-raise to 3,600. The big blind folded, while the hijack stayed in with a call. The small blind got out of the way to create a heads-up pot.
Black continued his aggression on the 7♣ river with a bet of 4,000. The hijack gave it some consideration before he made the fold.
