Moses Wins at Showdown
Level 5
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
A player in early position started the action with a raise to 800. He was called by the cutoff before the small blind opted to re-raise to 3,500. Both opponents stayed in the hand to take three players to the flop.
Moses bet 6,000 on the 6♥5♦6♦ flop, which elicited a fold from the early position player before the cutoff stuck around with a call.
The 4♠ turn did not slow Moses down as he put out 16,000. He was called again by the cutoff.
Moses tossed out 15,000 on the 7♠ river. His opponent gave it some consideration before he made the call.
Moses showed 8♥7♦ for a turned straigth, which was enough to take down the pot.
