Maclaren Chatham open-shoved in the hijack for 95,000 and was called by Brian Mahler on the button, who covered.
"That doesn't feel good," said Chatham before the cards were tabled.
Maclaren Chatham: 7♦7♥
Brian Mahler: 8♠8♣
Mahler pulled ahead further on the 8♦5♦3♥ flop, improving to top set. The 2♥ turn and A♦ river offered no help to Chatham, and he was sent to the payout desk.
Marshall Tarzy raised to 18,000 in the cutoff and Jeffrey Proctor defended in the big blind.
The flop came 4♣4♥8♣ and Proctor check-raised to 75,000 over Tarzy's continuation-bet of 28,000. Tarzy called.
The turn landed the 6♠, Proctor bet 60,000, and Tarzy called, bringing the 10♠ river.
Proctor slowed down with a check and Tarzy checked back. Proctor turned over K♥4♦ for trip fours to claim the pot.
Phillip Mcclain raised to 16,000 in the cutoff and [Removed:623] defended in the big blind.
The money quickly went in on the 4♦3♦9♠ flop, with Kaanga the one at risk.
[Removed:623]: K♥9♥
Phillip Mcclain: K♣K♦
Only a nine would save Kaanga, but the Q♦ turn and 8♠ river offered no such luck.
Justin Arnwine raised to 16,000 under the gun and Kashka Corpening flatted in middle position.
The flop came 9♠2♦9♥, Arnwine continued with a bet of 20,000, and Corpening called.
Arnwine slowed down with a check on the A♠ turn and Corpening checked back.
The 5♥ landed on the river and Arwine bet 35,000. Corpening announced the call and mucked his cards when Arnwine showed A♣10♣ for two pair, aces and nines.
