Two Pair Takes It for Priest

James Priest raised to 2,500 in early position and was called by the player on the button and the player in the big blind.

The trio saw a flop of 6♠7♦J♠ and it checked to Priest, who bet 3,000. Both of his opponents continued to the 10♣ turn.

It checked to Priest again and he fired out a bet of 8,500. Only the button called and the river fell the 9♥, bringing four cards to a straight.

Priest slowed down with a check and the button slid out a bet of 6,000. Priest made the call and tabled J♦10♦ for two pair, jacks and tens.

"Had the world and everything in it, just couldn't hit it," said the button as he showed Q♠9♠.
